14 COURT STREET COMMISSION   The 14 Court Street Commission shall be responsible for making recommendations to the Mayor and the Board of Aldermen for the operation, improvement and maintenance of the building and grounds as well as the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans for 14 Court Street.
